EVERETT WASHINGTON City of Everett Human Needs Grant January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019 Exhibit B Terms, Conditions and Projected Budget Organization&Program: Volunteers of America: Maud's House Emergency Shelter& Development Will spend the funds received for the specific purposes of: The funds will help pay staff expenses for the VOAWW Program Manager/Case Manager. The VOA Manager places clients in our emergency shelter. As their Case Manager, she helps them develop housing stability plans and becoming self-sufficient. She also serves as the focal point for the Maud's House Collaborative,which is designed to help the women plan for their family's future and develop a family value around child and adult education and employment readiness. For the purposes of this grant, a unit of service is defined as: Bed Nights Volunteers of America: Maud's House Emergency Shelter& Development anticipates this grant will fund a total of 180 units of service for 12(unduplicated count) Everett residents each 2160 (define period—month, quarter, etc.) Volunteers of America: Maud's House Emergency Shelter& Development anticipates its budget for the year 1/1/2019 through 12/31/2019, by quarters,will be: First Qtr.
