American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM), latest edition <br /> 1.4 Examination of Site Conditions,Contract Documents and Regulations <br /> Bidders shall inspect the Site of the Work and carefully review the Contract Documents to satisfy <br /> themselves, by personal examination, physical testing,or by such other means as they may prefer,of the <br /> location of the proposed Work, the actual physical conditions of and at the Site, surface and subsurface <br /> conditions,and conditions ordinarily to be encountered and generally recognized as inherent in the Work. <br /> If, during the course or as a result of such inspection, examination and testing, a Bidder finds facts or <br /> conditions that appear to conflict or are omitted from the Contract Documents, or with other data or <br /> material made available relating to the Work, Bidder shall so notify the City or Landscape Architect in <br /> writing, and may apply to the City or Landscape Architect for additional information and explanation <br /> before submitting their Bid. <br /> Phil Johnson Ballfields Renovation 1 of 12 <br /> I <br />
