ATTACHMENT 5 <br /> ADDENDUM NO. 1 <br /> SUBSTITUTION REQUEST REVIEW <br /> ' SUBSTITUTION REQUEST REVIEW <br /> Approval applies to manufacturer only and does not relieve the Contractor/Supplier from the responsibility <br /> of meeting all applicable requirements of the Plans and Specifications. <br /> The following representatives and manufacturers have further agreed upon the following: <br /> 1. The proposed substitution does not affect dimensions shown on the Drawings. <br /> 2. The proposer will pay for changes to the building design, including engineering design, detailing, and <br /> construction costs caused by the requested substitution. <br /> 3.
