Manual off-on-auto Selector Switches—For on site manual control,three <br /> position selector switches shall be factory mounted to the ECE door. The <br /> switches shall be keyed and maintain position, with make before break contacts. <br /> The switches shall be factory wired to control terminal blocks <br /> 5. Warranty—The LCC shall be covered under the standard warranty for the <br /> accompanying lighting equipment. <br /> B. Remote Monitoring System: System shall monitor lighting performance and notify <br /> manufacturer if individual luminaire outage is detected so that appropriate maintenance <br /> can be scheduled. The manufacturer shall notify the owner of outages within 24 hours, or <br /> the next business day. The controller shall determine switch position(manual or auto) <br /> and contactor status(open or closed). The Monitoring System shall be factory wired to <br /> control terminal blocks <br /> C. Remote Lighting Control System: The Lighting Control System shall allow owners and <br /> users with a security code to schedule on/off system operation via a web site,phone,fax <br /> or email up to ten years in advance.Manufacturer shall provide and maintain a two-way <br /> TCP/IP communication link.Trained staff shall be available 24/7 to provide scheduling <br /> support and assist with reporting needs. The Light Control System shall be factory wired <br /> to control terminal blocks. <br /> 2.04 ELECTRICAL PANEL&LIGHTING CONTROL PANEL <br /> A. The existing electrical panel shall be used for this project. Existing electrical panels are <br /> located within the existing concessions restroom structure centered within the fields <br /> located on site. <br /> B. Site Electrical sheets show the approximate location of connections for the athletic field <br /> lighting and connection of the owner provided pavilion structure. <br /> C. Contractor shall supply all sports field lighting controls with this project. Installation of <br /> lighting controls shall go inside the electrical room of the existing building. <br /> D. Additional electrical equipment and fittings are required to install, connect,and make the <br /> system operational and functional. Contractor is to include all sensors, switches, <br /> receptacles, circuits, conductors,wire nuts,water proof direct bury splices,tape,dope, <br /> adhesives and all materials and labor required to install the sports field lighting and <br /> connect to the existing cabinets,electrical panels located on site adjacent to the baseball <br /> Ifield. <br /> 2.05 CONDUIT AND FITTINGS <br /> A. All raceways above grade including their below grade sweeps shall be rigid galvanized <br /> steel with zinc protected threads.
