1 <br /> Phil Johnson Ballfields 33.46.16.19 <br /> City of Everett Parks&Community Services ATHLETIC FIELD DRAINAGE <br /> b. Within the three(3)years prior to Bid opening,the Field Sub-Grade <br /> Subcontractor must have successfully completed with its own forces the <br /> subgrade portion of at least five(5)sports field installations of 60,000 SF <br /> or larger. Three(3)of these five fields must be,major league sports <br /> (National Football League—NFL,Major League Soccer—MLS,Major <br /> League Baseball—MLB or college baseball/softball fields). <br /> c. If Bidder listed itself as the Field Subgrade Subcontractor,then Bidder <br /> itself must satisfy both of the above requirements with its own forces. <br /> 1.06 JOB CONDITIONS <br /> A. Conditions: Contractor shall inspect the site to determine the extent and conditions under <br /> which the work is to be done. <br /> B. These are existing fields with sod, irrigation, existing field drainage,synthetic turf infield <br /> areas, and clay infields. Contractor shall visit all sites to familiarize with access and for <br /> equipment access for drainage work. <br /> C. Execute all work in an orderly and careful manner with due consideration of surrounding111 <br /> areas. Periodically water as required to allay dust and dirt. Protect any adjacent property <br /> and improvements and all existing utilities from damage and replace any portions <br /> damaged through this operation at no additional cost to the Owner. <br /> D. Utilities: It shall be the Contractor's responsibility to avail himself of any information <br /> concerning existing utilities in this area in order to prevent damage to same. Any damage <br /> to utilities shall be the Contractor's full responsibility and shall be repaired or restored at <br /> no additional cost to the Owner. <br /> E. Should the existing utilities be encountered in the work,protect such utilities. I <br /> F. See site plans for existing water,sanitary,electrical and storm drainage utilities located <br /> on site surrounding the four fields and project site. As Built plans are available from the <br /> City of Everett Parks&Community Services upon request. 111 <br /> G. Contractor to have private locate completed prior to any earthwork and notify the <br /> Landscape Architect or Engineer of record of any discrepancy of the plans and existing <br /> utilities,specifically electrical lines,conduit that is existing and proposed sanitary,water <br /> and storm drainage lines. <br /> 1.07 SUBMITTALS <br /> A. All submittals shall be submitted to the General Contractor and Landscape Architect after <br /> "notice to proceed". <br /> B.
