Pipe listed in this section is for contractors need for replacement on contractors' options 111 <br /> for drainage renovation or to repair laterals where new collectors are installed. <br /> 2.03 CLEAN OUTS <br /> A. Clean out shall not be installed with this project. <br /> B. Clean out can be achieved from all catch basins installed within the project. <br /> 2.04 COLLECTOR AND LATERAL DRAIN LINE BACKFILL MATERIALS I <br /> A. Shall be clean,washed pea gravel for all lateral field drain lines. <br /> B. Materials shall meet the following sieve 1 <br /> 1/z' 95%-100% <br /> 3/8" 90%-95% <br /> 35%-40% <br /> 4 MESH 2%-10% <br /> 8 MESH 0%-2% <br /> I <br /> 2.05 METALIC LOCATOR TAPE <br /> A. Shall be used on all cleanout and cap ends of underdrain pipes. Tape to be solid 1 <br /> aluminum foil core laminated between 2 mil clear film layers. Tape to be green in color <br /> from Peo-line or approved equal. <br /> PART 3—EXECUTION <br /> 3.01 EARTHWORK <br /> A. Excavation,bedding,and backfilling shall be in accordance with Standard Specification <br /> Section Excavation and Fill and as further specified herein. All earthwork to be with a <br /> LGP laser controlled,fully automated dozer. All soils to be removed from site prior to <br /> installation of drains. Contact Landscape Architect for inspection of all drain excavation <br /> prior to installation of any pipe. <br /> 3.02 SURVEYS t <br /> A. All location,grade control,and other surveying work required for construction will be <br /> performed by means of a laser to assure accuracy.
