Section 00 41 13 <br /> Bid Form <br /> ' within fourteen (14) calendar days after the award date,then the City may,at its option, determine <br /> that the undersigned has abandoned the Contract and thereupon this Contract shall be null and <br /> ' void,and the amount of the bid bond or certified check accompanying this Bid shall be forfeited and <br /> become the property of the City of Everett,Washington. <br /> 7. Undersigned agrees that the Bid constitutes an offer to the Owner which shall be binding for 60 <br /> ' days from the date of opening of Bids. If Bid is accepted, undersigned agrees to sign the required <br /> agreement form and to furnish the Payment and Performance Bonds on the forms contained herein <br /> ' and evidences of insurance required herein within fourteen (14) days of receipt from the Owner of <br /> properly prepared Contract forms. <br /> ' 8.
