1 7. The adequacy of signs and lighting for traffic regulation <br /> and safety. <br /> 2 <br /> 8. The architectural design, the size and height, and the location <br /> 3 and arrangement of buildings, garages, and all accessory <br /> structures, facilities, and improvements. <br /> 4 <br /> 9. The planned signing program for the facility. <br /> 5 <br /> Lot sizes and widths, yard requirements, off-street parking <br /> 6 requirements, and signs and lighting requirements of the zones <br /> shall be complied with. <br /> 7 <br /> Construction, remodeling, repairing and such other work or <br /> 8 improvements to be done in preparation for occupancy must be <br /> started within six months from the date of approval of the <br /> 9 conditional use by the Board of Adjustment.
