This requirement <br /> shall be waived for multiple family structures which may locate all <br /> required parking spaces in excess of one (1) per dwelling unit in <br /> off-street parking facilities located not more than three hundred (300) <br /> feet from the structure. <br /> Section 2: Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, <br /> neglects or refuses to comply with, or who resists the enforcement of any of the <br /> provisions of this chapter, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon <br /> conviction thereof shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars or imprisoned <br /> for a term not exceeding thirty days, or both, for each separate offense.
