We received a complaint of the metal
structure along the rear of the property. Because it extends out into the alley I had sent Mr. Ghaly a notice
to remove. Michael Brick went by yesterday and said from a traffic standpoint the structure would need
to be pulled back in line with the utility poles on that side of the alley to insure it does not adversely
impact larger trucks from traveling down the alley. Kevin pointed out another structure that was visible
in the photographs located on the south end of the property and ask that I research that one for
compliance as well. He felt it looked dangerous and was concerned about the height. I checked CRW and
do not see that any permits were ever issued for that structure. (Photos attached).
Your thought?
Spring Wathen
Code Enforcement Officer
Everett Police Department
Phone: 425-257-8563
Fax: 425-257-8569
swathen@everettwa.gov
1
