1 Basic ITS cabinets shall be Model 331 L Cabinets, unless otherwise specified in the <br /> 2 Contract. Type 331 L Cabinets shall be constructed in accordance with the TEES, with the <br /> 3 following modifications: <br /> 4 • <br /> 5 Item number 6 of the first paragraph is revised to read: <br /> 6 <br /> 7 6. LED light strips shall be provided for cabinet lighting, powered from the Equipment <br /> 8 breaker on the Power Distribution Assembly. Each LED light strip shall be <br /> 9 approximately 12 inches long, have a minimum output of 320 lumens, and have a color <br /> 10 temperature of 4100K (cool white) or higher. There shall be three light strips for each <br /> 11 rack within the cabinet. Lighting shall be ceiling mounted — rack mounted lighting is not <br /> 12 permitted. Light strips shall be installed in the locations shown in the Standard Plans. <br /> 13 Lighting shall not interfere with the proper operation of any other ceiling mounted <br /> 14 equipment. All lighting fixtures above a rack shall energize automatically when either <br /> 15 door to that respective rack is opened. Each door switch shall be labeled "Light". <br /> 16 <br /> 17 9-29.16(2)E Painting Signal Heads <br /> 18 In the first sentence, "Federal Standard 595" is revised to read "SAE AMS Standard 595". <br /> 19 '20 9-29.17 Signal Head Mounting Brackets and Fittings <br /> 21 In the first paragraph, item number 2 under Stainless Steel is revised to read: <br /> 22 <br /> 23 2. Bands or cables for Type N mount. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 9-29.20 Pedestrian Signals <br /> 26 In item 2C of the second paragraph, "Federal Standard 595" is revised to read "SAE AMS <br /> 27 Standard 595". <br /> 28 <br /> 29 9-29.24 Service Cabinets <br /> 30 The third sentence of item number 6 is revised to read: <br /> 31 <br /> 32 The dead front cover shall have cutouts for the entire breaker array, with blank covers <br /> 33 where no circuit breakers are installed. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 Item number 8 is revised to read: <br /> 36 <br /> 37 8. Lighting contactors shall meet the requirements of Section 9-29.24(2). <br /> 38 <br /> 39 The last sentence of item number 10 is revised to read: <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Dead front panels shall prevent access to any exposed, live components, and shall cover <br /> 42 all equipment except for circuit breakers (including blank covers), the photocell test/bypass <br /> 43 switch, and the GFCI receptacle. <br /> 44 <br /> 45 9-29.24(2) Electrical Circuit Breakers and Contactors <br /> 46 This section is revised to read: <br /> 47 <br /> 48 All circuit breakers shall be bolt-on type, with the RMS-symmetrical interrupting capacity <br /> 49 described in this Section.
