Abbreviated TESC plans <br /> II20 are not required to include plan sheets and are used on small projects that disturb soil and <br /> 21 have the potential to discharge but are not covered by the CSWGP. The contract uses the <br /> 22 term "TESC plan" to describe both TESC plans and abbreviated TESC plans. When the <br /> I23 Contracting Agency has developed a TESC plan for a Contract, the narrative is included in <br /> 24 the appendix to the Special Provisions and the TESC plan sheets, when required, are <br /> 25 included in the Contract Plans. The Contracting Agency TESC plan will not include off-site <br /> a 26 areas used to directly support construction activity. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 The Contractor shall either adopt the TESC Plan in the Contract or develop a new TESC <br /> I29 Plan. If the Contractor adopts the Contracting Agency TESC Plan, the Contractor shall <br /> 30 modify the TESC Plan to meet the Contractor's schedule, method of construction, and to <br /> 31 include off-site areas that will be used to directly support construction activity such as <br /> 32 equipment staging yards, material storage areas, or borrow areas. Contractor TESC Plans <br /> I33 shall include all high visibility fence delineation shown on the Contracting Agency Contract <br /> 34 Plans. All TESC Plans shall meet the requirements of the current edition of the WSDOT <br /> 35 Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control Manual M 3109 and be adaptively managed as <br /> I36 needed throughout construction based on site inspections and discharge samples to <br /> 37 maintain compliance with the CSWGP.
