Spoils that have <br /> ▪ 33 come into contact with mineral slurry shall be disposed of in accordance with <br /> 34 Section 6-19.3(4)F. <br /> I35 <br /> 36 8-01.3(1)C4 Management of Off-Site Water <br /> 37 This section is revised to read: <br /> I 38 <br /> 39 Prior to clearing and grubbing, the Contractor shall intercept all sources of off-site surface <br /> 40 water and overland flow that will run-on to the project. Off-site surface water run-on shall be <br /> 41 diverted through or around the project in a way that does not introduce construction related <br /> I42 pollution. It shall be diverted to its preconstruction discharge location in a manner that does <br /> 43 not increase preconstruction flow rate and velocity and protects contiguous properties and <br /> 44 waterways from erosion.
