Material used for stabilized construction 29 entrance shall be free of extraneous materials that may cause or contribute to track out. 30 31 8-01.3(8) Street Cleaning 32 This section is revised to read: 33 34 Self-propelled pickup street sweepers shall be used to remove and collect dirt and other 35 debris from the Roadway. The street sweeper shall effectively collect these materials and 36 prevent them from being washed or blown off the Roadway or into waters of the State. 37 Street sweepers shall not generate fugitive dust and shall be designed and operated in 38 compliance with applicable air quality standards. Material collected by the street sweeper 39 shall be disposed of in accordance with Section 2-03.3(7)C. 40 41 When allowed by the Engineer, power broom sweepers may be used in non- 42 environmentally sensitive areas. The broom sweeper shall sweep dirt and other debris from 43 the roadway into the work area.
