City of Everett 01 2213 - 3 <br /> 2019 Biosolids Removal UT3705-2 <br /> PART 3 - EXECUTION <br /> A. To determine the dry weight of each truckload of biosolids, Contractor shall ensure <br /> proper collection and storage of samples of biosolids representative of the truckload. <br /> Additional samples may be required to adequately characterize the load of biosolids. <br /> Owner reserves the right to inspect sampling and storage methods and equipment, and <br /> to direct changes to Contractor's means and methods to ensure samples are <br /> adequately representative of the load sampled, at no cost to Owner. See Section 01 <br /> 4523. <br /> 1 B. Contractor is responsible for submitting empty truck weight, scale tickets and sample <br /> data for each truckload the next business day after they have been collected. <br /> ' C. Owner reserves the right to reject applications for payment if: <br /> 1. Submittal of scale tickets and sample data are not submitted in a timely manner. <br /> 2.
