The following submittals are required to be delivered within 5 days after Notice to <br /> Proceed has been received. <br /> ' 1. Health and Safety Plan (specific to this project) <br /> 2. Copies of all minutes/notes from daily safety meetings. <br /> 1.4 ACCIDENT REPORTING <br /> A. Serious accidents such as those resulting in treatment of an injury at a medical facility, <br /> response to the site by emergency medical personnel or damage to property other than <br /> that of the Contractor shall be reported to the Project Manager within twenty-four (24) <br /> hours of the occurrence. <br /> ' B.
