NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED: <br /> 1. The City of Everett accepts the 60 percent petition for the proposed annexation(see attached map, <br /> Exhibit A). <br /> 2. Upon annexation Everett will require the simultaneous implementation of the Comprehensive Plan <br /> designation of 4.3 (Community Business)and adoption of B-2B(Office)zoning for the annexation <br /> area. <br /> 3.
