ADDENDUM TO <br /> NOTICE OF COMPLETE APPLICATION <br /> And C./_s.. t <br /> PLANNED ACTION DETERMINATION <br /> SEPA#09-022 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF ORIGINAL PROPOSAL: The proposal is construction of up to three <br /> temporary tent structures to be used for body/repair work of commercial aircraft. Each tent <br /> structure would be approximately 45,000 square feet in area and 75 feet in height. Six alternate <br /> locations have been identified for the three structures, including four sites near the flight line; one <br /> site near the fueling area; and one site near the southwest corner of the main assembly plant. The <br /> tent structures will be in place for approximately six months and then will be removed from the <br /> site. <br /> In addition, demolition of a 6,000 square foot structure (Building No. 40-100, former tour center) <br /> is proposed. <br /> ADDENDUM: On September 3, 2009, the application was revised to modify the time frame for <br /> the temporary tents, of which only one has been constructed, but would be in place until at least <br /> the end of 2010. Proposed modifications to the tour center site now include paving for up to 53 <br /> additional parking stalls. <br /> PROPONENT: Boeing Company <br /> P.O.
