Fire Department Requirements: <br /> 1. Buildings greater than 30 feet high require ladder apparatus access in accordance with the <br /> 2006 International Fire Code, Section D105. The unobstructed width of the access in the <br /> immediate vicinity of the building shall be 26 feet. At least one of the required access <br /> routes shall be located within a minimum of 15 feet and a maximum of 30 feet from the <br /> building and shall be positioned parallel to one entire side of the building. <br /> 2. Access- O.K. as shown on the site plan reviewed. <br /> 3. Fire Hydrants- Locations as planned are acceptable. <br /> 4. Fire flow for this project is 1,500 gpm. <br /> 5. A permit is required from the Fire Department for: <br /> Temporary membrane structures,tents and canopies. To operate an air-supported <br /> temporary membrane structure or a tent having an area in excess of 200 square feet, or a <br /> canopy in excess of 400 square feet. <br /> Application for a Permit forms may be acquired by coming to the Everett Fire <br /> Department Administrative Offices located at 2811 Oakes Avenue or by calling AFM <br /> Venturo at(425) 754-4551. <br /> 6.
