We will add item this to the growing list of revisions to be made to the Master Plan during the next
update.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Dave Tyler,Senior Planner
City of Everett Planning/Community Development Department
2930 Wetmore Ave,Suite 8-A
Everett,WA 98201
425-257-7155
From: McGuire, Peter D [mailto:peter.d.mcguire@aboeing.com]
Sent: Wednesday, May 22, 2013 2:43 PM
To: Dave Tyler; Tony Lee
Subject: FW: Taller at the 45-01
As part of the land use application to construct the New Deliver Center, there was a component to remove some old
trailers and modular buildings to the east of the project site. The work to remove them has begun, but now the project
team realizes that two of the buildings we were planning to keep(45-749 &45-743) are in terrible shape and they would
like to replace them with one that we had planned to remove from the site(the 45-640). I have two questions:
#1 (Dave)—The total square footage of the buildings that we would now like to remove is 6,200 sq ft. The modular that
we would like to retain and relocate is 9,300 sq ft. There is a 3,100 sq ft delta, does this warrant revising the land use
application?
#2 (Tony)—Please see page two of the attached file. In the proposed location, the 45-640 would be 31'from the 45-02
and 121' (71'+50') from the tallest portion of the 45-01 paint hangar. Brian Bailey and Bob Berlien think this is
adequate, but want to run it past you. (please see Bob's analysis in the email below).
Thanks for your input.
Pete McGuire
Pete McGuire
The Boeing Company
Land Use and Civic Affairs
Phone:425-238-3768
Fax(425)266-8105
(-11)2--
