The new <br /> building will be used primarily as office space for employees and customers. The proposal also <br /> includes the following items: <br /> • Demolition of approximately 60,000 square feet of existing office space in the 45-02 <br /> building.Note:this is a partial building demolition; <br /> • Removal of approximately 50,000 square feet of modular office space (Building#s45- <br /> 600,45-640,45-650 and miscellaneous office trailers); <br /> * Changes to internal traffic circulation and new parking lot,including installation of 100 <br /> additional parking stalls(19,800 on-site total). <br /> The proposal includes the following revisions to the Master Development Plan Mitigation Map <br /> (Exhibit 1 to the 1991 Decision Document): <br /> 1. Addition of a new, 180,000 square foot office building, also known as the"Everett <br /> Delivery Center"(Building No.45-11); <br /> 2. Elimination of the planned 100,000 square foot 45-08 office building. This building <br /> will not be constructed by Boeing.
