These <br />comments address building issues only, additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br />departments (such as UUlities, Plannmg or Fire). All references refer to the 1991 Un►form <br />Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or Wasi�ington State Energy Code <br />1991, 2nd Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br />1. Please provide the following: <br />A) Specification manual <br />B) SWctural calculatien <br />C) Lighting power budget calculations (include exterior lighting) <br />D) Notations for sheet A2.7 <br />E) Complete sheets A2.16 and A2.17 <br />F) Terra-cotta attachment and repair details <br />G) Equipment layout and dust exhaust system details for wood shop Room 110 <br />2. This building is of type III - 1 Hour construction and all construcdon must comply with <br />table 17-A. Please Provide more detailed information or justifying test data for the <br />following: <br />A) Roof/ceiling assembly <br />B) Exterior art wall & roof/ceiling assemblies <br />C) Complete wall assemblies for Section 1/A6.2 at attic areas, Section 4/A9.1, detail <br />19/A 1G.2 and fratning sizes and att2chment on details 9/A I0.3 and 5/f.10.3 <br />3. The Stnictural report indicates 5/8" plywood roof sheathing and drawings indicate 1/2". <br />Please clarify. <br />4. Draftstops per Section 2516(� are required within the braced parapet areas, the atfic and <br />the floor/ceilings. ' <br />5. A one hour occupancy separation is required around rooms 103, 104 and 150. Section <br />80i(d). <br />The opening between office 103 and Tech.
