Finding M9: The Comprehensive Plan designation for <br />this property is Highway Commercial and the property across the streel� <br />which is currently zoned B-2 is also designated Highway Commercial and <br />so it would be reasonable to have the same sign requirements on both <br />sides of the street. <br />b. Conclusion #4: Granting this variance would not <br />adversely affect the comprehensive plan. <br />NOW, TL'ERF..FORE, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Everett does hereby or- <br />der that the variance be GRANTED to allow a 76 square foot pole sign instead of <br />the 30 square feet allowed by code and further require the applicant to meet <br />the following conditions. <br />1. Obtain a sign permit and comply with all requirements of the sign <br />code. <br />2.
