This housekeeping code revision updates the definition of the Stormwater Management Manual in the Everett Municipal Code. The purpose of the revised definition is to specify when new versions of the manual are to become effective within the City. Accordingly, the revised definition states that, when a new manual is issued by Ecology, the new manual will take effect 90 days after issuance unless the City Engineer establishes a different effective date. RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Adopt an ordinance revising the definition of Stormwater Management Manual to include the effective date for new and revised versions. 3
