The purpose of the revised definition is to specify when new versions of the
manual are to become effective within the City. Accordingly, the revised definition states that, when a new
manual is issued by Ecology, the new manual will take effect 90 days after issuance unless the City Engineer
establishes a different effective date.
RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council):
Adopt an ordinance revising the definition of Stormwater Management Manual to include the effective date
for new and revised versions.
3
