Therefore, a second supplemental funding round is necessary 'in order to meet CDBG objectives 'and requirements of timely spending. The Committee held a special public hearing on June 6, 2019 to consider non-public services projects that made application for the 2018 funding round II. The projects recommended for funding have been determined to be able move forward within the spending deadlines. RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Adopt a Resolution concerning 2018 Supplemental II Community Development Block Grant and HOME Funds reallocations and Annual Action Plan Amendment. 61
