Therefore, a second supplemental funding round is necessary 'in order to meet CDBG <br />objectives 'and requirements of timely spending. The Committee held a special public hearing on June 6, 2019 to <br />consider non-public services projects that made application for the 2018 funding round II. The projects recommended <br />for funding have been determined to be able move forward within the spending deadlines. <br />RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br />Adopt a Resolution concerning 2018 Supplemental II Community Development Block Grant and HOME <br />Funds reallocations and Annual Action Plan Amendment. <br />61 <br />
