Land ownership, GIS coverages and/or other data needed to update watershed control maps will <br /> be readily available from the City, Snohomish County and PUD, or another public agency at <br /> zero or nominal cost to HDR. <br /> 10.5 Deliverables <br /> 1. Updated Watershed Control Program document. <br /> 2. Text for CWP summarizing the update performed. <br /> Task 11 Planning Data Memorandum <br /> 11 .1 Objective <br /> Assemble the planning data that is to be used in the CWP into a Planning Data Memorandum (PDM) <br /> for review and comment by City and County planning departments, and the City's wholesale <br /> customers. The purpose is to confirm the validity of the planning data before this information is used <br /> to complete the system analysis. <br /> 11 .2 HDR Services <br /> 1. Assemble the following materials into the PDM: <br /> • Maps displaying service area and key regional facilities <br /> • Service Policies, Plans, and Agreements <br /> • Supply Requirements <br /> 2. Work with City staff to organize a CWP workshop to present the PDM and highlight key issues <br /> for discussion with the City and County planning departments and wholesale customers. <br /> 3. Prepare the workshop agenda and presentation and summarize meeting questions and <br /> comments. <br /> 4. Document responses to comments and incorporate City agreed-upon comments and changes <br /> into the CWP chapters that will be used for the detailed analysis and be included in the draft <br /> CWP. <br /> 11 .3 City Responsibilities <br /> 1. Provide a meeting space, schedule the event and email invitations to participants. <br /> 11 .4 Assumptions <br /> 1. The PDM workshop will be held at the City offices.
