Chapter for CWP covering System Analysis. <br /> 4. Capital improvement list and map determined from modeling. Water main segments will be <br /> identified by Tumm ID codes. <br /> Task 13 Regulatory Compliance Program <br /> 13.1 Objective <br /> Work with City staff to develop a plan for continued compliance with State and Federal Safe Drinking <br /> Water Act requirements and provide guidance on anticipated upcoming requirements. <br /> 13.2 HDR Services <br /> 1. Describe Safe Drinking Water Act and Washington State Administrative Code drinking water <br /> regulations applicable to the City for: <br /> • Existing Regulations <br /> • Proposed Regulations <br /> • Anticipated Regulations <br /> 2. Review the City's water quality compliance data since the 2014 CWP Addendum. <br /> 3. Review the City's existing regulatory compliance monitoring plans. <br /> 4. Document compliance status. <br /> 5. Prepare recommendations regarding existing monitoring plans and/or treatment practices based <br /> on existing or proposed Safe Drinking Water Act regulations. <br /> 6. Review and document the City's procedures for handling customer inquiries. <br /> 7. Document use of certified laboratories. <br /> 8. Prepare CWP Chapter. <br /> 13.3 City Responsibilities <br /> 1. Provide existing water quality monitoring plans and regulatory compliance data since 2014 for <br /> review. <br /> 2. Attend one meeting to review existing data. <br /> 3.
