Chapter for CWP covering regulatory compliance for drinking water quality. <br /> Task 14 Operations and Maintenance <br /> 14.1 Objective <br /> The objective will be to describe the Operation and Maintenance Program to fulfill the requirements <br /> of WAC 246-290-100. <br /> 14.2 HDR Services <br /> 1. Meet with City staff to review 2007 CWP as amended by the 2014 addendum and update the <br /> following sections: <br /> • Organization Structure and Responsibility <br /> • Operator Certification <br /> • System Operation, Maintenance and Control <br /> • Emergency Response Operations <br /> • Safety <br /> • Cross Connection Control <br /> • Customer Water Quality Inquires <br /> • Supplies and Equipment <br /> • Record Keeping and Reporting <br /> • O&M Improvements <br /> 2. Identify recommended changes to current operations and maintenance program that will require <br /> funding through the CIP. <br /> 14.3 City Responsibilities <br /> 1. Review the 2007 CWP as amended by the 2014 and provide marked up version that reflects <br /> changes since 2014. <br /> 2.
