Assemble the final chapters and supporting memoranda into the final CWP and appendices <br /> document. <br /> 2. Prepare an Executive Summary of the plan to be included at the front of the plan document. <br /> 3. Provide four iterations: 1)working draft of compiled plan for City staff review; 2) updated draft for <br /> distribution to wholesale customers, adjoining utilities, local planning jurisdictions and State <br /> Department of Health; 3) final draft for City Council consideration; and 4)final plan document. <br /> 4. Prepare a 2-page submittal checklist per DOH requirements. <br /> 5.
