Task 19 Unidentified Services <br /> As it is difficult to anticipate all the issues that may arise during the development of the <br /> Comprehensive Water Plan, this task establishes a contingency fund for unidentified and <br /> unanticipated work. This task is specifically designed to allow payment to HDR under this contract <br /> for changes in the scope of work which the City of Everett determines to be necessary.
