All means of egress doors shall be readily openable from the side from which egress is <br /> to be made without the need for keys, special knowledge or effort, except where the door <br /> hardware conforms to that permitted by the International Building Code. <br /> 4. Corrective Action,Deadline <br /> The respondent(s)must complete the following corrective actions to eliminate the above <br /> listed violation(s): <br /> a. Remove and properly dispose of the discarded junk,trash, tree clippings,broken <br /> furniture,vehicle tires, and other similar debris from the property. <br /> b.
