12011 19th Avenue SE
Everett,WA 98028
Project Number:2018-0363
7.0 LIMITATIONS OF SURVEY
The sole purpose of this Good Faith Asbestos Inspection report is to document asbestos-containing
building materials discovered at 12011 19th Avenue SE, Everett, WA 98028.
The purpose of this inspection was to identify all suspect asbestos-containing building materials which
would be impacted by the planned demolition of the fire house. Destructive sampling methods were
utilized to collect samples of suspect building materials. No soft/limited demolition was performed during
this inspection. Please note that the entire residence was filled with household belongings, and therefore
hidden materials may exist within the structure, and all suspect materials must be treated as asbestos
containing until testing proves otherwise.
This site visit consisted of a thorough visual walk-through of the building for the purpose of viewing and
sampling potential asbestos-containing material. As hazardous material surveys are non-
comprehensive by nature, NVL Laboratories, Inc. cannot be held liable for materials which require
destructive means to access, materials which are hidden from sight (e.g. materials hidden behind walls),
materials which cannot be found due to their obscure nature, or which otherwise cannot be discovered
with reasonable diligence.
This document is the sole property of NVL Laboratories and the property owner, or his agent,
authorizing this survey.
Inspected By Reviewed By
Jason Lindahl Tanveer Khan
AHERA Building Inspector Project Manager
AHERA Certification: 1627469 AHERA Certification: 1626915
Expiration Date: June 2, 2018 Expiration Date: May 10, 2018
NVL Laboratories,Inc.
4708 Aurora Ave N
Seattle,WA 98199
Phone(206)547-0100•Fax(206)634-1936 15
