<br /> 5 . Day Care Centers and/or Nursery Schools .
<br /> 6 . Dormitories when owned and operated by a state li-
<br /> censed or state supported institute of a higher learn-
<br /> ing and when said dormitories are operated in connec-
<br /> tion therein and accessory thereto.
<br /> 7. Drilling, boring, dredging, digging, and any similar
<br /> excavation process for the purpose of exploration
<br /> or mining or extraction of oil deposits , fossil ,
<br /> fuels , natural gas , and/or subterranean deposit.
<br /> 8. Garbage collection and/or garbage transfer stations .
<br /> 9 . Garbage dumps , sanitary landfill, or any landfill
<br /> operation or method for disposal of garbage; dispos-
<br /> al sites for disposal of garbage , including the lo-
<br /> cation thereof, whether municipal or private within
<br /> the City of Everett or the areas over which the City
<br /> has jurisdiction including adjacent tidelands and
<br /> adjacent waters , bays , sound , lakes , or rivers , irre-
<br /> spective of the method of disposal. Garbage shall
<br /> mean any refuse , garbage, rubbish or waste product
<br /> of any sort, kind, nature , or description.
<br /> 10 . Hospitals and sanitariums .
<br /> 11. Municipal water towers , reservoirs , pumping stations ,
<br /> police and fire precinct stations , electrical power
<br /> sub-stations , and public buildings , i .e. libraries ,
<br /> museums , art galleries , service buildings , administ-
<br /> tration.
<br /> 12 . Planned residential developments as provided for in
<br /> Section 15 .04 . 250 .
<br /> 13. Private and parochial schools having a curriculum
<br /> equivalent to a corresponding public school .
<br /> 14. Public, elementary, junior high , and senior high
<br /> school, and colleges .
<br /> 15 . Public parks and playgrounds .
<br /> 16 . Riding academies , golf courses , and golf driving
<br /> ranges .
<br /> 17. Supplemental parking lots for parking of passenger
<br /> motor vehicles when such parking lots are required
<br /> by virtue of expansion or improvement of an exist-
<br /> ing legal conforming use. Supplemental parking lots
<br /> as herein proposed may be located in any use zone
<br /> when the Planning Commission has determined that by
<br /> virtue of design, access , and egress , fencing, light-
<br /> ing, etc. , there would be no adverse effects on the
<br /> neighborhood and/or adjacent properties .
<br /> 18. Television and frequency modulation radio stations
<br /> and/or towers , operating in a high frequency bands ,
<br /> and requiring line of sight propagation of radio
<br /> waves .
<br /> 19 . Trailer parks and mobile home parks . "
<br /> SECTION 2 : That Everett City Code, Section 15 . 05. 190 (Ordinance
<br /> No. 3572 , Section 17) is hereby amended to read as follows :
