Everett.
I was able to visit the site this morning to inspect the decking repairs that you have made. The repairs appear acceptable
and have abated the code violations related to the decks.
I want to bring to your attention that while there I observed some exterior electrical wiring and lighting serving the
building. The installation is located on the south east portion of the building. This wiring is not code compliant. This
wiring has visibly open splices, is exposed to the elements, and by definition considered "unsafe equipment". IPMC
sections 605.1 and 108.1.1
This electrical installation should be corrected by a competent and approved individual or licensed electrical contractor.
A permit and inspection approval for this repair is required.
Please make the necessary repairs ASAP.
Regards
Ted M. de Budden
Chief Inspector
Everett Building Department
425.257 7271
Your message is ready to be sent with the following file or link attachments:
IMG_1603.jpg
Note:To protect against computer viruses, e-mail programs may prevent sending or receiving certain types of file
attachments.
