The tenant is responsible for installing that wiring and if the tenant wants it to remain will be
responsible for all remedial action . If it is still an issue when the tenant vacates the premises I shall have it removed. It is
my understanding she will be moving within the next couple of weeks.
John Robinett
Original Message
From: Ted de Budden <TdeBuddeneverettwa.qov>
To: 'jrobinett2500@aol.com' <irobinett2500aol.com>
Cc: Donald Cunningham <DCunninghameverettwa.gov>
Sent:Wed, Nov 29, 2017 12:22 pm
Subject: Emailing: IMG_1603.jpg 10011 21st Ave W
Mr. Robinett,
Thank you for the opportunity to assist you in the code enforcement matter related to the decking conditions at your
property located at 10011 21st Ave W. Everett.
I was able to visit the site this morning to inspect the decking repairs that you have made. The repairs appear acceptable
and have abated the code violations related to the decks.
I want to bring to your attention that while there I observed some exterior electrical wiring and lighting serving the building.
The installation is located on the south east portion of the building. This wiring is not code compliant. This wiring has
visibly open splices, is exposed to the elements, and by definition considered "unsafe equipment".
