the purposes of this ordinance, be considered as, and classified waterfront <br /> areas. <br /> Section 2: INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS <br /> From and after the adoption of this ordinance, all installation of wires and <br /> equipment to carry electrical current and the installation and the alteration and <br /> extension of all electrical equipment shall be in strict conformity with this <br /> ordinance, the National Electrical Code edited by the National Board of Fire <br /> Underwriters and recommended by the National Fire Protection Association <br /> for 1968, and the rules and regulations for installing electrical wires and <br /> equipment, as issued by the Department of Labor and Industries of the State <br /> of Washington, issued April 1, 1969, also the Department of Labor and <br /> Industries Electricians and Electrical Installations Law of the State of Washington, <br /> Revised 1967, and Bulletin 5. 01 B, National Fire Protection Association Mobile <br /> Homes and Travel Trailers, 1968 publication. In case of conflict, the specific <br /> provisions of this ordinance shall prevail over the codes adopted. In case of <br /> conflict between codes adopted, the stricter shall prevail. <br /> Section 3: NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE <br /> The National Electrical Code as edited by the National Fire Underwriters <br /> and recommended by the National Fire Protection Association for the year 1968, <br /> is hereby adopted as part of the electrical code of the City of Everett. Three copies <br /> of said 1968 National Electrical Code are on file with the City Clerk of the City <br /> of Everett and such code is hereby made a part of this ordinance as is fully set <br /> forth herein. The National Electrical Code now in force will be kept in force <br /> until this ordinance has been adopted. <br /> Section 4: RULES-DEPARTMENT OF LABOR <br /> The rules and regulations for installing electrical wires and equipment as <br /> issued by the Department of Labor and Industries of the State of Washington, <br /> April 1, 1969, and the Department of Labor and Industries Electricians and <br /> Electrical Installations Law of the State of Washington, Revised 1967, are hereby <br /> adopted as a part of the electrical code of the City of Everett. Three copies of <br /> said rules and regulations of the Department of Labor and Industries and three <br /> copies of said laws as Revised 1969, are on file with the City Clerk of the City <br /> of Everett, and such code is hereby made a part of this ordinance as is fully <br /> set forth herein, including Section 19. 28. 210 and the City of Everett Electrical <br /> Inspector shall have all powers and duties given state inspectors under said <br /> section. <br /> Section 5: BULLETIN 5. O1B <br /> Bulletin 5. O1B National Fire Protection Association Mobile Homes and <br /> Travel Trailers, 1968 publication is hereby adopted as part of the electrical <br /> code of the City of Everett.
