(B) FEES for multiple family dwellings. FEES shall be computed <br /> at the following rate per meter: <br /> 100 amp service $12. 00 <br /> 150 amp service 15. 00 <br /> 200 amp service 18. 00 <br /> House meter shall be $12. 00 additional. <br /> Each apartment shall be considered as a separate service. <br /> (C) Permit fees when plans are specified and required. The fee <br /> for a permit for a proposed electrical installation for which <br /> plans and specifications are required shall be determined from <br /> the cost to the vendee of all labor and materials, fittings, devices, <br /> apparatus and the like, used as a part of, or in connection with, <br /> a complete electrical system as follows: <br /> $250. 00 or less $10. 00 <br /> 251. 00 - 1, 000. 00 10. 00 plus 2% <br /> 1001. 00 - 4, 000. 00 30. 00 plus 1% <br /> Over 4, 000. 00 70. 00 plus 2 of 1% <br /> Where the vendee supplies materials, devices, fittings, apparatus, <br /> switchgear, transformers and the like, the value of such equipment <br /> must be included in the contract cost price. In the event the cost <br /> of the supplied equipment is not given it shall be the responsibility <br /> of contractor to inform the inspector of such and an estimate of <br /> value will be made and included in the permit fee. The contractor <br /> will be held liable for the total permit fee. <br /> (D) Permit fees for Feeders and Altered Services. The fee schedules <br /> for services and feeders under 600 volts not covered under (a) <br /> or (b) fee schedules shall be computed as follows: <br /> Not exceeding 100 amperes $ 5. 00 <br /> Not exceeding 150 amperes 7. 00 <br /> Not exceeding 200 amperes 10. 00 <br /> Not exceeding 300 amperes 15. 00 <br /> Not exceeding 400 amperes 20. 00 <br /> Not exceeding 600 amperes 30. 00 <br /> Not exceeding 1000 amperes 40. 00 <br /> Not exceeding 1500 amperes 50. 00 <br /> Exceeding 1500 amperes 75. 00 <br /> (E) Fees for Services and Feeders over 600 volts. <br /> 1 - KVA or less 5. 00 <br /> 5 - KVA or less 10. 00 <br /> 15 - KVA or less 25. 00 <br /> 20 - KVA or less 30. 00 <br /> 30 - 50 KVA 40. 00 <br /> Over 50 KVA 50. 00 <br /> Page 8 <br />
