extent of the work to be performed, and evidence that the applicant has a current unrevoked license issued by the State of Washington. The City Electrical Inspector shall issue such permit when the application therefore complies with the provision of this chapter. The permit shall automatically terminate whenever the applicant fails to have in full force and effect a valid unexpired license as required by the Laws of the State of Washington. All 'work done shall be under the direct supervision and responsibility of the person to whom the permit has been granted. This permit may be revoked by the City Electrical Inspector in event he finds that any material statement made in such application is false. Replacement of broken electrical fixtures, 'when such fixtures conform to regulations contained in this ordinance, shall not require a permit. The City Electrical Inspector may grant a permit to the owner of a single family dwelling, occupied by him, to make installation of electrical equipment if said work is to be done only by said applicant, without requiring said applicant to have in full force and effect a valid license as required by the Laws of the State of Washington. Such permit shall not give to the owner the right to have other persons make such installation. No permit shall be issued to any person, firm or corporation for any work covered by this ordinance when previous work covered by this ordinance has not been completed and accepted in accordance with this ordinance. All permits issued hereunder shall be for a period of 90 days. The City Electrical Inspector, upon request, shall extend said permit for an additional period of time if it shall appear that said work could not reasonably have been completed within the time prescribed in the permit. Whenever a permit shall have expired and not have been extended, re-application and payment of permit fees as herein required shall be made before a new permit is granted. Section 10: FEES Every person doing work under the provisions of this ordinance shall, before permit is issued, pay to the City Treasurer the following fees: No permit shall be issued to any one person for less than One ($1. 00) Dollar. (A) FEES for single family dwellings 100 amp service $12. 00 Not more than 150 amp service 15. 00 Not more than 200 amp service 18. 00 Not more than 300 amp service 25. 00 Not more than 400 amp service 35. 00 More than 400 amp service 5. 00 per hundred amp or fraction thereof Temporary service for Residential Building 2. 00 Page 7
