Section 7. 15 Continued <br /> Such parking area shall be fully hard-surfaced and the spaces <br /> separated by striping or markers and shall conform with the <br /> city zoning ordinance and building code requirements as to <br /> circulation and construction. <br /> Section 7. 16 All access roadways, park`.ng areas and service drives shall <br /> be bituminous surfaced or better. <br /> ARTICLE 8 <br /> WATER, SEWER, AND DRAINAGE REQUIREMENTS <br /> Section 8. 10 The water supply shall come from the City of Everett water <br /> system and shall ba provided to all p urn_bing fixtures in <br /> mobile home parks and to individual water connections pro- <br /> vided at each mobile home lot. <br /> Saction 8, 11 Water connections for individual mobile hcmes shall be <br /> provided and located on the same side of the lot as the sewer <br /> lateral ar d s`:all consist of a riser terminating at least 12 <br /> inches above the ground surface with two 3/4 inch valved <br /> outlets threaded for screw-on connections. Such water <br /> cor-;ection shall be equipped with a shut-off valve placed below <br /> frost depth, (but in no case shall this valve be a stop and <br /> waste cock) shall be protected from freezing and from damage <br /> from mobile home wheels and shall have the ground surface <br /> around the riser pipe graded to divert surface drainage away <br /> from the connection. <br /> Water piping may be installed in the same trench as tight <br /> joint sewer pipe pr ovid d the water pipe is laid on a shelf <br /> riot less than 24 inches above the sewer pipe. <br /> Section 8. 12 All sewags and waste water from toilets, urinals, slop sinks, <br /> bathtubs, showers, lavatories, laundries, and all other sani- <br /> tary fixtures in a mobile home park, shall be drained to a <br /> public sewage collection system. <br /> Section 8. 13 Wator distribution mains within the confines of the Mobile Home <br /> Park shall be approved by the City of Everett Water Department <br /> in relation to the materials, sizing, and design of the system. <br /> - 11- <br />
