Section 8. 14 All plumbing in the mobile home park shall comply with the <br /> City of Everett Plumbing Code. <br /> Section 8. 15 Each mobile home space shall be provided with at least a <br /> four-inch (4") sewer connection. The sewer connection shall <br /> be provided with suitable fittings so that a watertight connection <br /> can be made between the mobile home drain and the sewer <br /> connection. Such individual home connections shall be so <br /> constructed that they can be closed when not linked to a home, <br /> and shall be trapped in such a manner as to maintain them in <br /> an odor-free condition. Adapters, allowing for a tight, physical <br /> connection, shall be on the mobile home, or provided by the <br /> mobile home park operator for the use of mobile homes. <br /> Section 8. 16 Sewer lines shall be constructed in accordance with the recom- <br /> mendationi of the City of Everett Engineer. <br /> ARTICLE 9 <br /> CABANAS <br /> Section 9. 10 One portable or demountable cabana or one permanent <br /> cabana constructed in accordance with the Uniform Building <br /> Code may be erected only on a mobile home lot and for use <br /> with a mobile home on such lot. <br /> Section 9. 11 Cabanas Height: The height of a caba_ia shall not exceed <br /> one story in height nor thirteen feet (13') at the highest <br /> point above the actual adjoining ground level. No architect- <br /> ural appurtenance shall extend more than thirty inches (30") <br /> above or beyond the building at any point. <br /> Section 9. 12 Width and Length: No cabana shall exceed twelve feet (12') <br /> in width.
