• <br /> • <br /> • <br /> • <br /> • <br /> - <br /> ARTICLE 16 <br /> OPERATION, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR <br /> Section 16. 10 Responsibility. The owner or operator of a mobile home park <br /> shall be responsible for securing the maintenance of all structures <br /> and their sites. <br /> Section 16. 11 Maintenance. Every structure shall be maintained in an approved, <br /> safe, and sanitary condition and in a state of approved repair. <br /> Section 16. 12 Working Condition. All devices, installations, and safeguards <br /> required by this ordinance shall be maintained in approved <br /> working order. <br /> Section 16. 13 Location c` Structures. No structure snail be erected, placed, <br /> or maintainea so as to obstruct a required opening in a cabana <br /> or awning, a required open space on a site, or prevent inspection <br /> of electrical and sanitation facilities or trailer equipment. <br /> Section 16. 14 Site Surface. If the Health Officer considers it necessary for <br /> the protection of the health of the occupants of a structure or <br /> for proper sanitation, he may require that a site be graveled, or <br /> properly paved and surfaced with concrete, asphalt, grass, or <br /> similar material. <br /> Section 16. 15 Obstructions Prohibited. No structure, equipment, or obstruction <br /> of any kind shall be erected, placed, or maintained on or about the <br /> mobile home Site that would impede the movement of a mobile <br /> home from a site to a conforming driveway or prevent inspection <br /> of plumbing and electrical facilities and related mobile home <br /> equipment. <br /> Section 16. 16 Occupant Registration. Every mobile home park shall maintain <br /> a manager in charge who shall require all persons using such <br /> mobile home park to register in a book kept for that purpose, <br /> showing the date, the name and address of said person together <br /> with the make of automobile and the correct automobile license <br /> number. The manager shall preserve such register and endorse <br /> upon the same the date of departure of the person or persons <br /> registeren therein, and it shall be unlawful for any person to make <br /> any false entry or alter or permit to be erased any name, address, <br /> registration number or other information. The register shall be <br /> at ail times open to inspection by the Police Department of the <br /> City of Everett. <br /> - 17- <br />
