Section 16. 17 Any mobile home which shall be found by the Health Officer to be <br /> so damaged, decayed, dilapidated, unsanitary, or vermin- <br /> infested that it creates a nuisance or is a hazard to the health <br /> or safety of the occupants or of the public, shall be designated as <br /> unfit for human habitation. <br /> Section 16. 18 No owner or operator of a mobile home park shall permit a mobile <br /> home to remain in the park when the mobile home has been <br /> designated by the Health Officer as unfit for human habitation. <br /> Section 16. 19 All garbage and rubbish shall be stored in tightly covered, water- <br /> prcc" containers of not less than 20 gallons capacity nor greater <br /> than 30 gallons capacity unless other means of storage are <br /> approved in writing by the Health Officer. Containers shall be <br /> provided at accessible locations not farther than 150 feet from any <br /> mobile home and in no case shall there be provided fewer <br /> containers than one for each two mobile homes. Racks or plat - <br /> forms or other approved arrangement shall be provided for all <br /> garbage and refuse containers and shall be so designed and main- <br /> tained as to prevent containers from being tipped, facilitate <br /> cleaning around the containers and prevent rodent harborage. <br /> Garbage shall be disposed of in accordance with the Everett <br /> • ordinance regulating this matter. <br /> ARTICLE 17 <br /> SERVICE BUILDINGS <br /> Section 17. 10 Service buildings are optional. If, however, a service building <br /> is constructed it shall meet the following conditions: <br /> Section 17. 11 Location. Service buildings shall be located not less than 20 feet <br /> from any mobile home lot. <br /> Section 17. 12 Construction and maintenance. Service buildings shall be of <br /> permanent construction with an interior finish of light colored <br /> moisture-resistant material =vhich will stand frequent washing <br /> and cleaning. <br /> Section 17. 13 The floors shall be of water-impervious material, easily cleanable, <br /> and sloped to floor drains connected to the sewage system. The <br /> service building shall be maintained in a clean condition at all <br /> times. <br /> Section 17. 14 The buildings shall be well-ventilated; all exterior openings from <br /> toilet rooms shall be covered with 16-mesh screen. Toilet <br /> rooms shall be provided with self-closing doors. <br /> - 18- <br />
