• • Section 17. 15 Toilet, shower and laundry rooms shall be well-lighted at all • times.. Window area shall be provided equivalent to at least 12% of the floor area. Section 17. 16 During periods of use, service buildings shall be maintained at a 70° F. minimum. Section 17. 17 Hot water shall be provided for lavatory, bathing and laundry room fixtures, with facilities of sufficient capacity to supply three (3) gallons per hour per dependent mobile home space. Section 17. 18 Toilet, lavatory and shower facilities. Service buildings shall have toilet; shower and lavatory facilities separate for the sexes, with a minimum of two toilets for females, one toilet for males, one urinal for males, two lavatories and one shower for each sex. Section 17. 19 Walkways to and from every service building shall be provided at least 2'6" in width and bituminous surfaced or better. Driveways may be considered as walkways. Section 17. 20 Adequate clothes drying facilities adjacent to, or in, the service building shall be provided. Section 17. 21 Surfaced and lighted walkways shall be provided to all service • buildings. Section 17. 22 Laundry facilities, together with laundry drying facilities, shall be provided. No less than one double laundry tray or automatic washing machine shall be provided for each twen.y (20) mobile home lots in the mobile home park. Laundry facilities shall be in a room or rooms separate from the toilet facilities and such room shall have an exterior door. ARTICLE 18 APPLICATIONS, PERMITS, LICENSE FEES AND ENFORCEMENT Section 18. 10 It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain or operate, for residential purposes, an occupied mobile home or vacation trailer in the City of Everett unless such mobile home or vaca- tion trailer is located on or within a licensed mobile home park.
