Window area shall be provided equivalent to at least <br /> 12% of the floor area. <br /> Section 17. 16 During periods of use, service buildings shall be maintained at <br /> a 70° F. minimum. <br /> Section 17. 17 Hot water shall be provided for lavatory, bathing and laundry <br /> room fixtures, with facilities of sufficient capacity to supply <br /> three (3) gallons per hour per dependent mobile home space. <br /> Section 17. 18 Toilet, lavatory and shower facilities. Service buildings shall <br /> have toilet; shower and lavatory facilities separate for the <br /> sexes, with a minimum of two toilets for females, one toilet <br /> for males, one urinal for males, two lavatories and one shower <br /> for each sex. <br /> Section 17. 19 Walkways to and from every service building shall be provided at <br /> least 2'6" in width and bituminous surfaced or better. Driveways <br /> may be considered as walkways. <br /> Section 17. 20 Adequate clothes drying facilities adjacent to, or in, the service <br /> building shall be provided. <br /> Section 17. 21 Surfaced and lighted walkways shall be provided to all service <br /> • <br /> buildings. <br /> Section 17. 22 Laundry facilities, together with laundry drying facilities, shall <br /> be provided. No less than one double laundry tray or automatic <br /> washing machine shall be provided for each twen.y (20) mobile <br /> home lots in the mobile home park. Laundry facilities shall be <br /> in a room or rooms separate from the toilet facilities and such <br /> room shall have an exterior door. <br /> ARTICLE 18 <br /> APPLICATIONS, PERMITS, LICENSE FEES AND ENFORCEMENT <br /> Section 18. 10 It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain or operate, for <br /> residential purposes, an occupied mobile home or vacation <br /> trailer in the City of Everett unless such mobile home or vaca- <br /> tion trailer is located on or within a licensed mobile home park. <br /> Section 18. 11 Permits - Existing Parks. It shall be unlawful for any person <br /> to maintain or operate an existing mobile home park in the City <br /> - 19- <br />
