Section 18. 13 Mobile Home License Fee. A minimum annual license fee for. <br /> the operation of any mobile home park in the City of Everett <br /> shall be Twenty Dollars ($20. 00) per annum or the sum of <br /> One Dollar ($1. 00) per annum for each mobile home that the <br /> park is equipped to accommodate, whichever sum is the greater. <br /> Section 18. 14 Display of Licenses and Permits. All licenses and permits shall <br /> be displayed in the office of the mobile home park or in a <br /> prominent place within the park. <br /> Section 18. 15 Enforcement. It shall be the duty of the Health Officer, the City <br /> Building Inspector and the City Fire Chi:>f to enforce the pro- <br /> visions of this ordinance and for the purposes of securing <br /> enforcement, these officers or their duly authorized represent- <br /> atives shall have the right and are hereby empowered to enter <br /> upon the premises of any mobile home park now or hereafter <br /> constructed with the City of Everett, for the purpose of <br /> carrying out the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 18. 16 Application for Building Permit. Applications for a permit to <br /> construct, substantially reconstruct or enlarge a mobile home <br /> park shall submit the same in writing, upon a form provided by <br /> the Building Inspec+.or. The form shall state the name and <br /> address of the applicant and a legal description of the property <br /> whereon or wherein it is proposed to conduct a mobile home <br /> park. Each application shall be accompanied by three sets of <br /> plans of the proposed park containing the required information <br /> outlined in Sections 2. 120 through 2. 133, inclusive. <br /> Section 18. 17 Investigation of Premises. Upon the filing of the application <br /> and plans accompanied by the inspection fee, it shall be the <br /> duty of the Building Inspector, the Fire Chief, and the Health <br /> Officer, or any of their duly authorized representatives, to <br /> investigate the premises and determine whether said proposed <br /> mobile home park, or the site proposed therefor, conforms <br /> with the requirements of this ordinance, the ordinances of the <br /> City of Everet-, the rules and regulations of the Health District <br /> and the laws of the State of Washington. No permit shall be <br /> iscu�d unless such mobile home park, or the proposed site <br /> comp_ies with such requirements. Any application that does not <br /> comply with all ordinances of the City of Everett and laws of the <br /> State of Washington shall be rejected, provided however, appeal <br /> -21- <br />
