• <br /> may be made according to the provisions set forth in Section <br /> 18. 18 below. <br /> Section 18. 18 Appeals. Any person aggrieved by the decisions of the Building <br /> Inspector, Health Officer or Fire Chief, may within ten (10) <br /> days after mailing notification of such decisions, appeal to the <br /> City Council for a hearing as to the matters in question, where- <br /> upon a time for hearing shall be set which shall not be later <br /> than thirty (30) days thereafter, at which time full and complete <br /> hearing shall be had before the City Council, at which time the <br /> City Council shall confirm, modify, or disapprove said decisions. <br /> The mobile home park shall remain closed pending the decision <br /> of the City Council. <br /> Section 18. 19 Notice of Violations in Writing. Whenever inspection by the <br /> Building Inspector, Fire Chief or Health Officer of any mobile <br /> home par"_ :;_ncicates that any provision sf this ordinance or any <br /> other app.L.:•a:Je 1°.w is being riolafed, the Health Officer, Fire <br /> Chief, or Euilding Inspector ehull notify the person in charge <br /> there Df in writing of such fact and shall set forth in said notice <br /> a description of the violation and shall further direct that such <br /> violation be remedied by commencing to remedy same within <br /> twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of notice and to continue <br /> thereafter diligently and continuously until said violation has <br /> been abated. <br /> Section 18. 20 Revocation of Permits and Licenses - Recommendation. <br /> After a written notice of a violation has been submitted by the <br /> Fire Chief, Health Officer, or Building Inspector and the <br /> h:=.s not ..en remedied within a reasonable time, or <br /> if it < : pear's that other violation of laws exist it shall be <br /> the du':y of Fire Chief, Health Officer or Buil(ling Inspector <br /> to recommend to the City Council that applicable permits and <br /> business licenses be revoked as herein provided, together with <br /> the e'::her penalties of Secion 18. 23. <br /> Section 18. 21 Revocation of Permits and Licenses - Notice of Hearings. <br /> No permit or license shall be revoked until after a hearing <br /> before the City Council relating to such revocation. Notice of <br /> such hearing shall be given in writing and served at least five <br /> (5) days prior to the date of the hearing thereon, such service <br /> to be upon the holder of such permit or his manager or agent, <br /> which notice shall state the grounds of complaint against the <br /> holder of such permit or against the mobile home park main- <br /> tained by him, and shall also state the time when, and the <br /> place where, such hearing will be held. In the event the holder <br /> of such permit cannot be found or service of such notice cannot <br /> be made upon him in the manner herein provided, then a copy of <br /> -22- <br />
