• <br /> ARTICLE 20 <br /> ABATEMENT PROCEDURE <br /> Section 20. 10 In any action or proceeding to abate a nuisance in a mobile home <br /> park, proof of the following facts is sufficient for judgment or <br /> order for the abatement of the operation of the mobile home park: <br /> (a) Previous conviction of the owner or operator of the mobile <br /> home park of a violation of this ordinance which constitutes <br /> a nuisance. <br /> (b) Failure on the part of the owner or operator to correct the <br /> violation after the conviction. <br /> (c) The violation is the basis for the proceeding. <br /> ARTICLE 21 <br /> GENERAL <br /> • Section 21. 10 Repeal: Everett City Code 4. 46 (Ord. 3422) and all amendments <br /> thereto are hereby repealed. <br /> Sec. 21. 10. 01 <br /> Commercially constructed mobile homes (trailers) may be used <br /> as a temporary contractor's or watchman's office, lunch room, <br /> and/or drying and tool room on the job site while construction is <br /> in progress and/or a building permit is valid. Commercially <br /> constructed and custom designed mobile homes (trailers) may be <br /> utilized as temporary quarters for business concerns on a site <br /> proposed for a permanent structure and for which a building <br /> permit has been applied for or issued. <br /> Sec. 21, 10. 02 <br /> Notwithstanding Ordinance No. 4308 (ECC 2. 12. 010), when <br /> approved by the City Council, a commercially constructed and <br /> custom designed mobile home (trailer) may be temporarily used <br /> and occupied for a period not to exceed six months for either <br /> private or public educational purposes. The City Council shall <br /> stipulate terms and conditions for such approval, including but <br /> not limited to the number of parking spaces required, the number <br /> A of exits required in the mobile home (trailer), the distance <br /> required from adjacent properties or structures, and the plumbing <br /> and water hook-ups. <br /> -24- <br />
