Such notice shall be mailed, postage fully prepaid, addressed <br /> to such ho'der, at his last known address, at least five (5) days <br /> prior to the date of such hearing. <br /> Section 18. 22 Transfer of Permits. No permit issued by the Building, Health <br /> Fire, or Planning Departments shall be transferable. <br /> Section 18. 23 Penalty for Violations. Any person violating any of the pro- <br /> visions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misde- <br /> meanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a <br /> fine not to exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100. 00) or by <br /> imprisonment in the city jail for a period not exceeding thirty <br /> (30) days cr by both such fine and imprisonment and each such <br /> person, as principal agent or otherwise, shall be deemed guilty <br /> of a separate offense for each day during any portion of which <br /> the violation of, or failure, neglect or refusal to comply with <br /> any provision of this ordinance is committed, continued, or <br /> permitted by such person. <br /> ARTICLE 19 <br /> • LANDSCAPING AND SCREEN PLANTING <br /> Section 19. 10 An ornamental wall, fence or screen planting acceptable to <br /> the Planning Lepartment, and no less than six feet (6') in height <br /> shall be erected and maintained along the side and rear bound- <br /> aries of a mobile home park. Where, in the opinion of the <br /> Planning Commission, it is unreasonable to require a wall, <br /> fence or screen planting due to the nature of the existing topo- <br /> graphy or other existing conditions that might render such wall <br /> or fence ineffective, the Commission, at its discretion, may <br /> waive or modify the requirements as specified in this section. <br /> Section 19. 11 Ornamental planting at least six feet (6') in depth along the full <br /> width of the front of the mobile home park property and accept- <br /> able to the Planning Department shall be installed and maintained <br /> whether or not the property fronts on a public street. An orna- <br /> mental wall or fence may be erected in conjunction with the <br /> above-mentioned ornamental planting but shall not take the <br /> place of said ornamental planting. <br /> • <br /> -23- <br />
