be accessory to a mobile home and shall be designed so as to <br /> be not readily disassembled, moved and reassembled and is <br /> • intended to be constructed in conformance with the Building <br /> Code, and within six (6) feet of the mobile home to which it is <br /> accessory. <br /> Section 1. 14 AWNING - PORTABLE OR DEMOUNTABLE: Shall mean any <br /> prefabricated structure erected for shade or shelter which is <br /> designed to be readily assembled and disassembled and adapted <br /> to ready transportation. A portable awning shall be completely <br /> open on at least two sides. A side may be interpreted to be <br /> an end. "Awning" does not include a window awning. An <br /> awning shall be accessory to a mobile home and shall be located <br /> within six (6) feet of the mobile home to which it is accessory. <br /> Section 1. 15 BUILDING: Any permanent structure having a roof supported <br /> by columns or walls for the shelter, housing, or enclosure <br /> of persons, animals, chattels, or property of any kind. <br /> "Building' uses not include a mobile home or other accessory <br /> awnings, cabanas, carports and ramadas which are portable <br /> and are designed to be readily assembled and disassembled <br /> and adapted to transportation. <br /> Section 1. 16 BUILDING CODE: Shall mean the Uniform Building Code, as <br /> adopted by the City of Everett. <br /> Section 1. 17 BUILDING INSPECTOR: Shall mean the officer charged with <br /> the administration and enforcement of this ordinance or his <br /> regular authorized deputy. <br /> Section 1. 18 CABANA: Shall rriean any portable, demountable or permanent <br /> cabin, small house, room, enclosure or other building erected, <br /> constructed, or placed on any mobile home site within six (6) <br /> feet of any mobile home on the same site and used for human <br /> habitation. Cabanas shall be used for living purposes only. <br /> Permanent plumbing and cooking facilities within cabanas <br /> shall not be permitted. A cabana may be enclosed on three <br /> (3) sides and may be temporarily attached to a mobile home. <br /> All cabanas shall be accessory to mobile homes. <br /> Section 1. 19 CABANA PERMANENT: Shall mean any cabana which is <br /> designed so as to be not readily disasc ambled, moved and <br /> reassembled and is intended to be constructed in conformance <br /> with the Building Code within six (6) feet of any mobile home. <br /> Section 1. 20 CALANA - PORTABLE OR DEMOUNTABLE: Any prefabri- <br /> cated structure which is designed to be readily assembled and <br /> disassembled and adapted to ready transportation and located <br /> - 2 - <br />
