All portable structures including cabanas shall <br /> be accessory to a mobile home. <br /> Section 1. 21 CARPORT - PERMANENT: An awning or shade structure for <br /> an automobile located within six (6) feet of a trailer coach, <br /> which is completely open on at least two sides and which is <br /> designed to be constructed in conformance with the Building <br /> Code. All carports shall be accessory to mobile homes. <br /> Section 1. 22 CARPORT - PORTABLE OR DEMOUNTABLE: An awning <br /> or shade structure for an automobile located within six (6) <br /> feet of a mobile home, which is completely open en at least <br /> two sEes ai,J which is designed to be readily assembled and <br /> disassembled and adapted to ready transportation. All portable <br /> structures including carports shall be accessory to mobile homes. <br /> Section 1. 23 DRIVE-Ai-AZ: A "driveway" is a private mobile home park <br /> service road providing vehicular access and egress between <br /> individual mobile home lots and an adjoining public right-of-way. <br /> Section 1. 24 FENCE: Shall mean any protective wall, shield or structure <br /> 72 inches or less in height. <br /> Section 1. 25 HEALTH OFFICER: The Snohomish Health District Officer <br /> or his authorized representative. <br /> Section 1. 26 LOa : See Mobile Home Lot. <br /> Section 1. 27 MOBILE HOME PARK: Means any plot of ground upon which <br /> one or more mobile homes, occupied for dwelling or sleeping <br /> purposes, are located, regardless of whether or not a charge <br /> is made fcr such accommodation. <br /> Section 1. 28 MOBILE HOME: A vehicle equipped as a dwelling place. <br /> Section 1. 29 MOBILE HOME - DEPENDENT OR TRAVEL TRAILERS: A <br /> mobile home dependent upon toilet and/or bathing or washing <br /> facilities provided in a service building. <br /> Section 1. 30 MOBILE HOME - INDEPENDENT: A mobile home independent <br /> of toilet and/or bathing or washing facilities provided in a <br /> service building. <br /> Section 1. 31 MOBILE HOME LOT: A plot of ground plainly marked by <br /> corner stakes, fences, shrubbery or other devic and <br /> designed to accommodate one occupied mobile home and/or <br /> accessory buildings or uses. <br /> - 3 - <br />
