ARTICLE 3 GENERAL USE REGULATIONS Section 3. 10 No obstruction of any kind shall be erected, placed or main- tained on or about the mobile home lot which would impede the movement of a mobile home to or from a site or prevent inspection of plumbing or electrical facilities. Section 3. 11 Poultry and livestock shall not be permitted in any mobile home park.
